Mental training & mental work · Working with men across the United States
Doing well at work. Losing ground at home.
Most of the men I work with say a version of the same thing the first time we talk. "The business is fine. I'm not happy. And I don't know what's going on." I help you find out what's actually going on — and what you can do about it.
Book a Free 20-Minute Conversation
Free. About 20 minutes. Its only purpose is to find out whether I can help.
Three years ago I lost my business and my relationship in the same year. I went and did the work myself, and came out the other side.
I've worked with men whose relationships or marriages were close to breaking down. I help them slow the situation down, see the patterns they cannot see from inside it, face the conversations they have been avoiding, and work on what they can control.
What men at your level don't say out loud
That the thing you built is now the thing holding you in place. That you hit the targets you set years ago and nobody told you what comes next. That you already know what needs to happen, and you have known for months.
None of that is a character flaw. It is what happens when the plan you made at thirty stops fitting the man you are now, and nobody around you is in a position to say it to your face.
Who I Help
Men with real achievements and real responsibilities, who have lost momentum
You are not starting from nothing. That is usually what makes it harder to talk about.
-
At home
It has gone quiet. She has stopped telling you things, or she has said the thing you did not want to hear, and you cannot work out how you got here. You are in the house and not really in the room.
-
At work
It runs, and you are good at it. You have also stopped caring. Every decision still goes through you, and the thing you built is now the thing holding you in place.
-
In your own head
You used to decide fast and live with it. Now you turn the same question over for weeks. You already know what needs to happen. The gap between knowing and doing is where the work is.
The 90 Days
See → Change → Own It
Not a schedule. The order the work tends to take.
-
Step 1. SEE · DAYS 1–30
We slow the situation down and map what's actually happening: communication, reactions, expectations, contradictions, routines, avoidance, decisions, and what keeps repeating.
Your first explanation may be completely accurate. We still need to see what part of it you can do something about.
Goal: see the situation more accurately.
-
Step 2. CHANGE · DAYS 31–60
Turn what we find into behavior: conversations, responses, boundaries, decisions, habits, actions.
Goal: stop only understanding the problem and start responding differently.
-
Step 3. OWN IT · DAYS 61–90
Learn to catch your own patterns before they run the situation: notice → question → choose → respond.
Goal: I should not need to sit beside you forever.
Ways to Work With Me
90 days. One to one.
The first 30 days we meet twice a week. That is where we find what you cannot see yet.
Then we review it together. Most men move to once a week for the final 60 days.
In between, the one minute rule. Send me a voice note when something comes up. One minute, and be specific. I reply Monday to Friday, usually within one business day. Most of the time you will hear your own answer in your own recording.
Investment is covered in our first conversation, once we both know it is a fit.
This is mental training and coaching. It is not therapy, couples counseling, medical treatment, or financial advice, and I do not promise results — the work is yours and outcomes depend on what you do. What I provide is clarity, honest pushback, and structure.
About
Meet Jack
Three years ago I lost my business and my relationship in the same year. I did the work, and it changed how I see everything. Since then I have worked with men going through the same thing, from men in their twenties to doctors and executives.
I trained as a Mental Trainer at the 7Element Institute in Poland.
I have worked with high-performing professionals, including C-level leaders, attorneys and therapists, and I have supported several couples and individual clients through demanding periods at home and at work. My focus is on what you can control: responsibility, standards, communication, and consistent follow-through.
The work is direct, practical, and focused on helping you see your situation clearly, make decisions you have been avoiding, and follow through on the commitments that matter.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Who is this for?
Men who have built something real — a career, a business, a family — and feel stalled, without direction, or without much satisfaction in any of it.
What is the first conversation for?
To find out whether I can help you, and whether working together makes sense at all. Nothing else.
Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. It is free.
How long does it take?
About 20 minutes.
What if it is not a fit?
Then you will hear it directly. Finding that out is the point of the conversation, and a clear no is a useful answer.
